It is possible that, following an erasure request, m2msolutions.ro will anonymise this data (removing its personal character) and continue processing it for statistical purposes;

• the right to data portability — (i) the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and the right to have it transmitted by the website owner to another data controller, where the legal conditions are met;
  
• the right to object — regarding processing activities, exercised by sending a request as indicated below;
  
• at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, where data is processed based on the legitimate interest of m2msolutions.ro or on a public-interest basis, except where m2msolutions.ro can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override the interests, rights and freedoms of data subjects, or where the purpose is the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim;

• the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, or with competent courts, where you consider it necessary.
  

Repeated, unfounded or excessive erasure requests will be charged at 10 EUR per request. A request means each tick in the dedicated page where you can track your records on the site.
