Who we are

Your data controller is M2M Solutions Consulting S.R.L., tax ID (CUI) 44435910, Trade Register no. J7/376/2021, registered office at Calea Națională 42C, Ground floor, Botoșani, Romania. You can write to us at any time at office@m2msolutions.ro.

What data we collect

Only the data you send us through the contact form or the booking form: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your message and, for bookings, the chosen day and time. We also store the page you sent the form from, the date it was sent and proof of your consent (the date and the version of this policy).

To stop automated submissions, we keep a cryptographic fingerprint of your IP address (not the address itself) for 24 hours; the address cannot be recovered from it.

If you accept the statistics in the website banner, we also collect the visit data described in the Cookie policy: the pages opened, the source of the visit, the type of device, the country and how you use the pages. This data does not contain your name, your email or your IP address.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

We use your data to answer your request, schedule the meeting and prepare an offer. For bookings, we email you a confirmation of the chosen day and time. The legal basis is your consent, given through the checkbox in the form, and the steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR"). We use the IP fingerprint in our legitimate interest of protecting the form against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).

When you send a form, we separately record the page you sent it from and the type of form, so that we know which pages bring requests. If you accepted the statistics, the record is linked to your visit. The record does not contain your contact details or your IP address.

We use the statistics only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), to understand which pages are useful and where visitors come from.

We do not send you advertising or newsletters and we do not make automated decisions based on your data.

How long we keep it

Your request is deleted automatically 12 months after it was sent. The IP fingerprint is deleted after 24 hours. If you become a client, the data needed for the contract is kept for as long as accounting and tax laws require. Visit statistics are deleted automatically after 12 months.

Who else sees it

The M2M Solutions team and the providers that help us run the website: website hosting (Vercel), the database (Neon) and email delivery (Resend). They process the data only on our instructions. Some of these providers may also store data outside the European Union; in that case the transfer is made with the safeguards required by the GDPR (for example, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses). We do not sell your data and we do not give it to anyone else, except to authorities that request it under the law.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format or object to its processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before. You withdraw your consent to statistics through the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer. Write to us at office@m2msolutions.ro; we reply within one month.

If you believe we have breached your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

Data security

Data travels encrypted (HTTPS), and only team members signed in to the administration panel can access it.

Children

The website is not intended for people under 16.

Changes

When we change this policy, we also change the date above. For each request we keep the version of the policy you accepted.
